Easton Police Issue Citation to Jamari Copper for Theft at Giant

Easton, MD - On February 8, 2026, officers from the Easton Police Department responded to a report of theft. The incident took place at the Giant Foods located at 8233 Elliott Road in Easton, Maryland.

Upon arrival, law enforcement located multiple subjects exiting the establishment.

Store employees advised that the individuals were carrying items that had not been purchased. Officers were further informed that the subjects had been observed consuming food inside the store without paying.

Following the investigation, 18-year-old Jamari Copper of Easton was identified as one of the individuals involved.

Mr. Copper was subsequently served with a criminal citation for Theft less than $100.
