Easton Police Serve Summons for Multiple Lowe’s Thefts
Easton, MD - On February 3, 2026, the Easton Police Department served a criminal summons to Ronald F. Newnam. The 67-year-old resident of Easton, Maryland, faces multiple charges related to a series of thefts from Lowe's.
The charges stem from an investigation initiated on January 5, 2026. Officers met with Lowe's Asset Protection regarding ongoing thefts at the location.
The investigation revealed that Newnam allegedly entered the store and removed multiple items between November 2025 and January 2026.
Newnam has been charged with a Theft Scheme valued between $1,500 and $25,000.
Additional charges include five counts of Theft between $100 and $1,500, and one count of Theft less than $100.
