Easton Woman Arrested for Assault by Easton Police Department

Easton, MD - On November 15, 2025, officers from the Easton Police Department arrested 27-year-old Makayla Johnson of Easton, MD. The arrest was made based on a warrant for Second-Degree Assault.

The warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred on November 12, 2025. Officers responded to a report of an altercation at 11 Jowite Street, where they learned an assault had taken place.

The victim subsequently filed charges against Johnson.

Following her arrest, Johnson was transferred to the custody of the Talbot County Detention Center.
