Easton Woman Arrested for Disturbance at Local Bank

Easton, MD - On November 13, 2025, Easton Police Officers responded to a disturbance at Shore United Bank located at 212 Marlboro Avenue in Easton, Talbot County, Maryland.

Upon arrival, officers discovered Ms. Amanda Smith, a 43-year-old resident of Easton, Maryland, causing a disturbance inside the bank. Since Smith was not a customer, officers escorted her from the building and advised her not to return.

A short time later, officers were called back to the bank for a second disturbance involving Smith. She was subsequently arrested and charged with Failure to Obey a Reasonable and Lawful Order and Disorderly Conduct.

Smith was transported to the Talbot County Detention Center to await a hearing before a Talbot County District Court Commissioner and was held on no bond.
