Easton Woman Arrested on Drug Offenses; Released on Unsecured Bond

Talbot County, MD - On November 7, 2025, deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop at the Highs Market in St. Michaels, MD.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Virginia Diane Richardson, 45, of Easton, MD. During the stop, deputies developed probable cause to search the vehicle. A Talbot County Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit assisted with the search.

Following the search, deputies located a controlled substance and related paraphernalia.

Richardson was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing.

She had an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner and was later released on a $500.00 unsecured bond.
