Failing To Comply With Peace Order Results in Additional Charges Against Easton Woman

Talbot County, MD - On February 26, 2026, officers from the Easton Police Department served a criminal summons to 25-year-old Deshawnatiz Johnson of Easton, Maryland.

Johnson was charged with failure to comply with a peace order. She was also charged with harassment through electronic communication and harassment as a course of conduct.

The charges were initiated by the victim. The victim reported that Johnson made contact after the peace order was legally served.

Following the issuance of the summons, Johnson was released upon her signature.
