Federalsburg Man Arrested for DUI and Driving Without Valid License
Caroline County, MD - On March 1, 2026, a deputy from the Caroline County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop in the Town of Federalsburg, Maryland. The deputy was on routine patrol when he observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed through a residential area.
The driver was identified as Tarny Love Pierre-Louis, a 24-year-old male resident of Federalsburg, MD. During the traffic stop, it was determined that Pierre-Louis was operating a motor vehicle without a valid license in any state.
While speaking with Pierre-Louis, the deputy detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. Pierre-Louis was asked to complete field sobriety testing. Based on the results of that testing, he was placed under arrest.
Pierre-Louis was issued several citations, including driving under the influence of alcohol per se. After receiving his citations and documents, he was released to a sober driver.
