Greensboro Man Arrested for Burglary and Assault
Greensboro, MD - On Friday, November 14, 2025, a Greensboro man was arrested following an attempted burglary and assault.
Deputies from the Caroline County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the 400 block of North Academy Street at approximately 11:00 p.m. While on their way, deputies received information that the suspect was in a physical altercation with a local resident who had confronted him.
Upon arrival, deputies investigated the incident and arrested the accused, identified as Cody Casper.
Mr. Casper was charged with fourth-degree burglary, second-degree assault, two counts of reckless endangerment, and failure to obey a lawful order.
He was seen by the Caroline County District Court Commissioner and was ordered to be held without bond. Mr. Casper was then transported to the Caroline County Detention Center.
