Hops on the River Returns to Downtown Salisbury on April 25

Wicomico County, MD - The City of Salisbury welcomes back the Hops on the River craft beer tasting event this spring. The highly anticipated festival is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, and will take place in Downtown Salisbury between Unity Square and the Games Park.

From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., attendees can gather along the Wicomico River for an afternoon of community and entertainment. The event features unlimited craft beer samples and live music performed by the high-energy jam band Muskrat Lightning.

The gathering offers a lively environment for both craft beer enthusiasts and those looking to enjoy a Saturday outdoors.

Each tasting ticket grants full admission to the event and includes an exclusive tasting glass. Guests can enjoy unlimited samples of craft beer, hard seltzers, teas, and kombucha for the duration of the event hours.

In addition to beverages and live music, food will be available for purchase from Mad Hatter Café and Big Bad Wolf Bacon.

Ticket Information and Pricing

Tickets are currently available for purchase. Early Bird General Admission is priced at $35 and is available until Friday, April 10, at 3:00 p.m. After this deadline, General Admission tickets will increase to $45.

Students, First Responders, and Teachers are eligible for Early Bird pricing up until the day of the event, provided they show a valid ID at check-in.

For those planning their visit, please note that in the event of inclement weather, the festival will be rescheduled for Sunday, April 26.

Traffic and Parking Adjustments

To ensure safety during the event, several road closures will be in effect. S. Division Street will be closed from Times Square to Camden Street.

W. Market Street will be closed along the library, and Circle Avenue will be closed from W. Market Street to the Parking Garage.

However, the Downtown Parking Garage will remain accessible to the public via E. Market Street.
