Javion Willis Arrested in Talbot County Following Traffic Stop
Talbot County, MD - On February 24, 2026, a motor vehicle was stopped by deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff's Office for a moving violation. The incident occurred on the Easton Bypass near Peach Blossom Road.
Probable cause was developed to search the vehicle with the assistance of an Easton Police Department K9 Unit.
During the search, a passenger was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. The individual was identified as 22-year-old Javion Malik Willis of St. Michaels, Maryland.
Willis was placed under arrest and transported to the Talbot County Central Booking facility.
Processing and an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner were completed.
At 22 years of age, Willis has been involved in 27 police-related incidents. He has also been served with five arrest warrants and arrested an additional six times for on-site criminal violations.
On February 25, 2026, Willis was released on his own personal recognizance.
