National News - The Department of Justice published over 3 million additional pages of documents today. This release complies with the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which President Trump signed into law on November 19, 2025.

The publication includes more than 2,000 videos and 180,000 images. When combined with previous releases, the total production now stands at nearly 3.5 million pages.

These files originated from five primary sources. These include the cases against Jeffrey Epstein in Florida and New York, the case against Ghislaine Maxwell in New York, and investigations into Epstein's death.

The collection also includes files from the Florida investigation of a former butler, multiple FBI investigations, and the Office of Inspector General's inquiry into Epstein's death.

The Department prioritized over-collecting materials to ensure compliance. Materials that were not produced generally fall into specific categories, such as duplicate documents or those protected by attorney-client privilege.

Exceptions under the Act, such as depictions of violence, were withheld. Items completely unrelated to the case files were also excluded.

More than 500 attorneys and reviewers contributed to this effort. The United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York implemented an additional review protocol. This ensured compliance with a Court order requiring United States Attorney Jay Clayton to certify that no victim-identifying information would be produced unredacted.

Reviewers received clear instructions that redactions were limited to the protection of victims and their families. The Department treated all women in pornographic images as victims, and those images were redacted. However, the files did not redact the names of notable individuals and politicians.

The Department noted that this production may include fake or falsely submitted materials, as everything sent to the FBI by the public responsive to the Act was included. Some documents contain untrue and sensationalist claims against President Trump submitted to the FBI before the 2020 election.

The text clarifies that these claims are unfounded and false, noting that credible claims would have already been utilized against the President.
