LAUREL POLICE ARREST TWO FOR DRUGS AND FIREARMS OFFENSES

Laurel, DE - On October 15, 2023 at approximately 12:31 pm, a Laurel Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle bearing a fictitious registration on Discount Land Road in front of the Hollybrook Farms Apartment Complex in Laurel, Delaware.

During the traffic stop, the front seat passenger was found to be in possession of heroin and a large quantity of US Currency. Both the driver and passenger were then detained for further investigation. 

A subsequent search of the vehicle located a small bag containing a loaded firearm concealed under a seat and additional drug paraphernalia indicative of drug sales. 

Both the driver and passenger were placed under arrest and then transported to the Laurel Police Station for processing.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Armani Feeser (24) of Laurel, DE, and charged with the following crimes:


  • Concealed Carry Deadly Weapon A Firearm (Class D Felony)

  • Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Class G Felony)

  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class B Misdemeanor)

  • Driving While License Suspended/Revoked (Misdemeanor)

  • Multiple Traffic Violations


Feeser was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace Court 7 and released on her own recognizance. She is presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

The passenger was identified as Antione Hudson (21) or Laurel, DE. Hudson was found to be currently serving a probation term after a 2023 violent felony conviction. 

This conviction stemmed from an unrelated 2022 Hollybrook Apartments shooting investigation by Laurel PD. The felony conviction and active probation status both prohibit Hudson from being in possession of firearms, deadly weapons, or ammunition. 

Hudson was charged with the following crimes:


  • Possess Firearm During Commission of a Felony (Class B Felony)

  • Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited (Class C Felony)

  • Possession of Firearm While Possession of CDS (Class C Felony)

  • Possession of Ammunition by Person Prohibited (Class D Felony)

  • Possess With Intent to Deliver Heroin (Class D Felony)

  • Concealed Carry Deadly Weapon A Firearm (Class D Felony)

  • Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Class G Felony)

  • Possess Controlled Substance/CDS (Class B Misdemeanor)

  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class B Misdemeanor)


Hudson was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace Court 7 and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $108,000 secured bail. He is presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
