Local Man Arrested on Probation Violation Warrant

Talbot County, MD - Timothy Patrick Duncan, a 28-year-old Cambridge, Maryland resident, was taken into custody by Talbot County Sheriff's Office deputies on October 6, 2025. The arrest stems from a warrant issued by the District Court for Talbot County on September 17, 2025.

Duncan faces charges for violation of probation related to an original assault charge. Following his arrest, he was transported to the Talbot County Central Booking facility where he underwent standard processing procedures.

Duncan subsequently appeared before a District Court Commissioner for an initial hearing. The case remains under the jurisdiction of the Talbot County court system as legal proceedings continue.
