Initially, officers received a call about a disturbance at Long Wharf but were redirected to Fairmount Avenue due to reports of a man with a gun. Upon arrival, they spoke with the first victim, who reported that an individual named Brandon Keith Cornish, 26, from Madison, Maryland, confronted them on Fairmount Avenue.
