Man Arrested After Refusing To Leave Wawa

Cambridge, MD - On Saturday, September 28, 2025, at approximately 2:29 p.m., Cambridge Police Department officers responded to a report of trespassing at the WaWa convenience store.
The subject, identified as 52-year-old Timothy Roberts of no fixed address, was reportedly refusing to leave the premises. Police were advised that Roberts had been previously banned from the property.
Upon arrival, officers located Roberts on the property and placed him under arrest. During the arrest, it was discovered that Roberts had multiple outstanding warrants.
Roberts was transported to the Cambridge Police Department for processing. He was later transferred to the Dorchester County Department of Corrections and held on no bond.
Roberts has been charged with trespassing on private property, in addition to two Dorchester County Circuit Court bench warrants for failure to appear.
