Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure at Pittsville Library

PITTSVILLE, MD - On Tuesday, October 7, 2025, the Pittsville Police Department arrested a 48-year-old man following a report of indecent exposure at the Pittsville Library.

At approximately 12:56 p.m., police received a call from the library reporting a male subject exposing and fondling himself.

Officers responded to the scene and identified the individual as Albert James Tazewell.

After reviewing surveillance footage from the library, authorities confirmed that Tazewell had exposed himself to personnel inside the building.

Tazewell was taken into custody and transported to the Pittsville Police Department for processing. He has been charged with indecent exposure and was subsequently transported to the Wicomico County Detention Center.
