Man Charged After Exposing Himself at Arby's Restaurant

Cambridge, MD - On Friday, September 26, 2025, at approximately 11:16 a.m., the Cambridge Police Department was dispatched to the Dorchester Square Mall following a report of a lewd act near the Arby's restaurant.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with the complainant, who stated that a male subject, appearing agitated, had been walking in the area before pulling down his pants and exposing his genitalia.

Officers located an individual matching the provided description in the parking lot of Ace Hardware, located in the 800 block of Woods Road. Witnesses on the scene identified the man as the subject involved in the incident.

The individual initially refused to provide his identity but was later identified as Nicholas Scott Donofrio, a 40-year-old resident of Linkwood, Maryland. Donofrio was placed under arrest and transported to the Cambridge Police Department for processing.

Donofrio was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Indecent Exposure, and Obstructing and Hindering. He was later released on a $1,500 unsecured bond.
