Man Charged with Assault Following Parkway Street Incident

Dorchester County, MD - On January 12, 2026, Cambridge Police Department officers responded to a reported assault on the 800 block of Parkway Street. The incident occurred at approximately 9:26 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers contacted two victims at the residence. They reported that Anthony Shultz, a 33-year-old resident of Cambridge, Maryland, had assaulted them. The victims stated that Shultz struck them with a Yeti cup.

One victim was struck on the forearm, while the other was struck in the head. Officers noted visible signs of injury on both individuals.

Shultz was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the Cambridge Police Department for processing. He was later released on his personal recognizance.

Shultz faces the following charges:

• Two counts of Assault 2nd Degree
• Two counts of Reckless Endangerment
