Man Detained Following Property Damage at Vice President Vances Cincinnati Home
NATIONAL NEWS - An adult male is in custody after allegedly damaging property at Vice President JD Vance's home in Cincinnati. The U.S. Secret Service confirmed that agents detained the suspect shortly after midnight on Monday morning.
The individual reportedly broke windows on the exterior of the residence and damaged a Secret Service vehicle at the location. Secret Service agents physically detained him at the scene before transferring custody to the Cincinnati Police Department.
The agency has not yet released the man's identity.
Officials confirmed that no one was inside the home during the incident.
The U.S. Secret Service is now coordinating with local law enforcement and the U.S. Attorney's Office. Prosecutors are currently reviewing the details of the case to determine possible charges.
