Man Served Criminal Summons Following 2025 Incident in Easton

Talbot County, MD - A criminal summons was served to 41-year-old Justin K. Lowery of Tilghman, Maryland, on March 6, 2026. Lowery faces several criminal and traffic offenses, which include Driving Under the Influence.
