BRIDGEVILLE, DE - Delaware State Police arrested a 51-year-old Maryland man on Friday night following reports of erratic driving in Bridgeville.

Todd Kellner of Westminster, Maryland, was taken into custody and charged with his fifth DUI offense after a trooper conducted a traffic stop on Sussex Highway.

The incident began at approximately 9:00 p.m. on August 29, 2025, when authorities received reports of a black GMC Yukon driving dangerously on local roadways. Witnesses reported the vehicle was traveling at low speed in the left lane while swerving across the roadway.
