Maryland State Police to Host Halloween Events Across the State

State of MD - This October, the Maryland State Police are inviting families to a series of community events designed to provide safe, family-friendly Halloween celebrations. Troopers will be hosting and participating in "Trunk or Treat" gatherings and other festivities across Maryland.
These events will offer an opportunity for community members to interact with local troopers and learn more about public safety in a relaxed setting. The planned celebrations are scheduled in various regions.
In the Central Region, the Golden Ring Barrack will host a Trunk or Treat on October 26 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 8908 Kelso Drive, Essex, MD. The Maryland State Police Headquarters will hold its Annual Trunk or Treat on October 29 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 1201 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD.
The Eastern Region will feature several events. The Berlin Touch A Truck-N-Treat is scheduled for October 25 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Stephen Decatur Park in Berlin, MD. A Drive-Thru Trunk or Treat will take place in Salisbury on October 29 from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at 2765 N. Salisbury Boulevard.
That same evening, the MSP Explorer Program will host a Trunk or Treat in Easton from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 1210 S. Washington Street. On October 31 at 6 p.m., an event will be held at Washington High School, located at 10902 Old Princess Anne Road, Princess Anne, MD.
In the Northern Region, the Aberdeen Public Safety Day is planned for October 25 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 60 North Parke Street, Aberdeen, MD. The Southern Region will have A Haunted Halloween Spooktacular at the Brinsfield Funeral Home on October 25 from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., located at 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD.
For the Washington-Metro Region, the New Carrollton Police Department will host a Trunk or Treat on October 24 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 8511 Legation Road, New Carrollton, MD.
On October 31, a Meet and Greet With Halloween Treats is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 10100 Rhode Island Avenue, College Park, MD.
Finally, in the Western Region, the Hagerstown Barrack will hold a Trunk or Treat on October 21 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 18345 Col Henry K Douglas Drive, Hagerstown, MD. The 8th Annual Not So Scary Halloween event will occur on October 27 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 165 Terminal Loop, Wiley Ford, WV. The Garrett County Community Treat and Treat is scheduled for October 28 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at 270 Mosser Road, McHenry, MD.
