Milford Police Investigate Attempted Burglary at Local Credit Union

Milford, DE - The Milford Police Department is investigating an attempted burglary at a local bank. On January 8, 2026, officers responded to the Del-One Federal Credit Union located in the 100 block of Credit Union Way in Milford, Delaware.

The police were called to the scene following reports of damage to the building's glass front door.

Upon arrival, officers reviewed video surveillance footage from the bank. The video revealed an unknown male subject attempting to gain entry into the building.

The subject used a rock to strike the front door, which caused a hole in the glass. Officers continue to actively investigate this incident.

Photographs of the unknown subject have been made available. Authorities are asking anyone with information regarding the identity of this individual to contact Sgt. K. Marino at 302-422-8081.
