Milton Police Arrest Man Following Domestic Violence Incident

Incident Details

Officers responded to a residence on Pine Street at approximately 12:40 a.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025, after receiving reports of a domestic incident in progress.

Upon arrival, police determined that a physical altercation had taken place. The investigation revealed that the victim had been strangled during the incident. Children were present in the residence at the time of the altercation.

The suspect had left the scene before officers arrived.

Arrest and Charges

Police arrested Tyler Graham at approximately 7:20 a.m. the same day. Graham faces the following charges:

• Strangulation or Suffocation (Felony)

• Endangering the Welfare of a Child

Court Proceedings

Graham appeared for arraignment at Justice of the Peace Court 2. The court issued a No Contact Order prohibiting Graham from contacting the victim. He received a cash bail of $11,000.

Graham was committed to the Sussex County Correctional Institution following his court appearance.
