Salisbury, MD - In a recent announcement, the City of Salisbury has informed residents and commuters of a temporary road closure on the Naylor Mill Road Bridge.
On Tuesday, June 17, 2025, a private contractor will be conducting essential work on the bridge from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Due to this, drivers are encouraged to plan alternate routes to avoid any disruptions.
The construction will necessitate a traffic control work zone to ensure the safety of workers on-site. Consequently, the bridge will be closed to both vehicles and pedestrians during the specified hours. However, the contractor has assured that arrangements will be made to allow emergency vehicles to pass if needed.
The city has urged residents and commuters in the vicinity to find alternate routes for the day to prevent any inconvenience.
