OCEAN CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT SEEKS PUBLIC ASSISTANCE IN COLLISION INVESTIGATION

Ocean City, MD - The Ocean City Police Department is requesting the public's help in identifying an individual involved in a motor vehicle collision with a pedestrian.

The incident occurred on June 2, 2025, at 12:24 a.m. near Arctic Avenue in N. Ocean City, MD. A pedestrian, who had recently exited a city bus, ran onto Coastal Highway and was struck by a motor vehicle.

In an unusual turn of events, the pedestrian quickly left the scene, while the driver of the vehicle remained on-site.

Authorities have released a photo of the individual and are urging anyone with information to come forward. If you know this individual or have details about the collision, please reach out to PFC A. Calabrese.
