OCEAN CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT SEEKS PUBLIC ASSISTANCE IN COLLISION INVESTIGATION

Ocean City, MD - The Ocean City Police Department is requesting the public's help in identifying an individual involved in a motor vehicle collision with a pedestrian.
The incident occurred on June 2, 2025, at 12:24 a.m. near Arctic Avenue in N. Ocean City, MD. A pedestrian, who had recently exited a city bus, ran onto Coastal Highway and was struck by a motor vehicle.
In an unusual turn of events, the pedestrian quickly left the scene, while the driver of the vehicle remained on-site.
