Ocean City Police Investigate Two Connected Burglaries

OCEAN CITY, MD - The Ocean City Police Department is actively investigating two burglary cases that occurred during the early morning hours of August 30, 2025. Investigators have determined that both incidents involved the same suspect.
Case Details
Case #2025-00-3728: Officers responded to a break-in at an enclosed outdoor bar located near 2nd Street. The suspect gained unauthorized entry to the establishment during the overnight hours.
Case #2025-00-3730: A separate burglary was reported at a mini-golf business situated near 139th Street. Initial investigation revealed similarities between this incident and the 2nd Street case.
Suspect Description
Police investigators have linked both burglaries to a single individual. The suspect was last observed in the downtown area this morning wearing distinctive clothing consisting of a red shirt and dark-colored cargo shorts. Photographic evidence of the suspect has been obtained during the investigation.
