Oxford Man Arrested on Burglary and Peeping Tom Charges
Easton, MD - On November 18, 2025, officers from the Easton Police Department arrested Mr. David B. Carter, a 38-year-old resident of Oxford, MD, in connection with a burglary investigation.
Police were initially called to the area of Port Street and Clay Street for a report of a male subject looking into the windows of several residences. Upon arrival, officers located and identified the man as Mr. Carter.
Following an investigation at the scene, Mr. Carter was taken into custody. During the arrest, he attempted to destroy a crack pipe that was on his person.
Mr. Carter was transported to the Talbot County Detention Center for Central Booking. He faces charges of Burglary in the 4th Degree, Trespass-Peeping Tom, and CDS: Possession of Paraphernalia.
