PAROLE AND PROBATION ADMINISTRATION SEARCH LEADS TO NEW CHARGES FOR TWO INDIVIDUALS

Seaford, DE - The Delaware State Police have arrested two individuals, Randolph Clayton, 23, and Anyla Brewer, 19, both residents of Seaford, Delaware following an administrative search conducted by Probation and Parole officials.


This operation occurred on May 22, 2025, at approximately 9:54 a.m., when the Sussex County Governor's Task Force was called to assist in the search at Randolph Clayton's home on Woodland Mills Drive in Seaford, Delaware.


During the search, authorities discovered that a child was present at the residence. Further investigation revealed substantial evidence, including approximately 36.27 grams of heroin, 9.46 grams of crack cocaine, and 10 oxycodone pills, along with drug paraphernalia and a digital scale.


Clayton and Brewer were promptly taken into custody and transported to Troop 4.


Clayton was charged with the crimes listed below, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2, and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $52,000 cash bond.


  • Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Tier 3 (Felony)
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tier 3 (Felony)
  • Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (Felony)
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tier 1 (Felony)
  • Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony)
  • Endangering the Welfare of a Child by Committing a Drug Offense with a Child in the Dwelling
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - 2 counts


Brewer was charged with the crimes listed below, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2, and released on a $33,000 unsecured bond.
