On Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at approximately 11:09 AM, Deputies from the Caroline County Sheriff's Office responded to Peaviner Road in Ridgely, Maryland for a report of indecent exposure.

Deputies met with the victim, who stated a truck driver parked on the side of the road, had waved to her to get her attention. The victim stated that the man, who was standing on top of the tractor-trailer tanker, then pulled his pants down, exposing his buttocks to the victim and the victim's 6-year-old child. 

The victim provided Deputies with a photograph showing the indecent exposure taking place.

Deputies located and identified the suspect as Lane Joseph Findley.  Findley was placed under arrest and charged with two counts of indecent exposure and one count of disorderly conduct. 

Findley was taken before the Caroline County District Court Commissioner, where he was released on a $5,000 Unsecured Bond.
