Pocomoke, MD - On November 26, 2023, as part of an ongoing investigation involving multiple thefts from vehicles, Alexis Morgan McGonigle was arrested and charged with Rogue and Vagabond, and theft $1,500 - $25,000. 

McGonigle was transported and processed at the Pocomoke City Police Department and while in police custody, McGonigle was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, to which she has also been charged. 

It should be noted that McGonigle did not act alone, and the Pocomoke City Police Department investigation is ongoing, with as many as 3 additional identified suspects potentially involved in these incidents. 

McGonigle was seen by a District Court Commissioner and held on a total of $5,000 bond and currently had an active out-of-state warrant. McGonigle was later transported to the Worcester County Jail.
