Police Arrest Easton Woman On Warrants for Harassing, Stalking and Peace Order Violation

Easton, MD - On November 18, 2025, officers from the Easton Police Department arrested Ms. Typhne P. Cooper, 55, of Easton, MD. The arrest was made based on an active arrest warrant.

The warrant charges Cooper with three counts of failure to comply with a peace order, one count of harassment, and one count of stalking.

Following the arrest, Cooper was transferred to the custody of the Talbot County Detention Center.

The alleged violations are reported to have occurred between January and April 2025.
