ROAD RAGE INCIDENT IN CAMBRIDGE LEADS TO ASSAULT CHARGES

Dorchester County, MD - A recent road rage incident in Cambridge, Maryland, has led to a local resident being charged. Damiean Turner Jr., 28, has been charged with second-degree assault and trespassing on private property following an altercation that occurred on April 20, 2025.
According to reports, the incident started on Washington Street when a vehicle stopped in the roadway, disrupting traffic. A passenger in that vehicle reportedly began shouting at another driver, identified as the victim.
The situation escalated when the vehicles reached High Street, where they stopped once again, prompting the victim to attempt to pass.
Things took a troubling turn when the vehicles arrived at the victim's residence. Turner allegedly confronted the victim by opening their car door and engaging in a verbal argument. The confrontation escalated to physical violence, with Turner allegedly striking the victim in the face, causing them to fall to the ground.
The victim has since filed for charges with the Court Commissioner, leading to the issuance of a Criminal Summons.
