Wicomico County, MD - In December of 2022, the Wicomico County Sheriff's Criminal Investigation Division (CID) conducted an investigation into Robert Allen Dust sexually assaulting and soliciting a 13-year-old juvenile.An investigation was conducted that resulted in Dust being charged with (3) counts of sex offense third degree, (3) counts of sex offense 4^th degree sexual contact, (3) counts of assault 2^nd degree, (2) counts of sexual solicitation of a minor, (2) counts of display obscene material to a minor, and telephone misuse obscene material. Dust was arrested and he was later released on ankle monitoring.On May 2, 2023, while Dust was on pretrial supervision for the above listed charges, CID was notified that Dust had once again solicited another 13 year old female.Dust was once again charged with displaying obscene material to a minor, (3) counts of child porn solicit subject, attempted possession of child porn, (2) counts of sexual solicitation of a minor, and (1) count of contributing to the condition of a minor.
