Royal Oak Man Charged with Assault, Violation of Peace Order and Other Charges

Talbot County, MD - On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff's Office arrested Hugh Alan Christopher Havener, a 67-year-old resident of Royal Oak, MD.

The arrest was made in response to a warrant issued by the Talbot County District Court on Monday, November 10, 2025. The warrant charges Havener with assault, failure to comply with a peace order, and electronic harassment.

Following the arrest, Havener was transported to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing.

He had an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner and was later released on his own recognizance.
