SALISBURY POLICE AND MARYLAND STATE POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING A FATAL MOTORCYCLE CRASH FROM SUNDAY EVENING

Salisbury, MD - Motorcycle accidents can have devastating consequences, as demonstrated by a tragic incident that occurred on May 11, 2025, in Salisbury, Maryland.
Around 4:55 PM on Sunday, the Salisbury Police Department responded to a crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle on E. Salisbury Parkway near Tilghman Road in Salisbury, Maryland.
Lorenzo Taylor, a 48-year-old resident of Princess Anne, was riding a 2020 Harley Davidson when he collided with a 2014 Nissan Murano while attempting to cross the intersection. Unfortunately, Mr. Taylor later succumbed to his injuries at Tidal Health Peninsula Regional.
Initial findings from the Salisbury Police Department and the Maryland State Police indicate that the motorcycle was traveling eastbound when the collision occurred with the southbound vehicle.
The driver and passenger of the Nissan reported non-life-threatening injuries and sought medical attention.
