Salisbury Police Arrest Suspect on Child Pornography Charges in Cambridge, Maryland

Salisbury, MD - The Salisbury Police Department has arrested a man following an investigation into the possession of illegal pornography. Dylan Judy was taken into custody on Friday, February 6, 2026, in the Cambridge, Maryland area.

The investigation originated from an incident reported on the evening of January 28, 2026.

Detectives with the Criminal Investigation Division gathered evidence regarding the possession of obscene material. This work resulted in a bench warrant for Judy. He faces two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of solicitation of a minor involving the use of child pornography.

Members of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force, along with Salisbury Police personnel, located and apprehended Judy. He was subsequently processed and released to the Wicomico County Detention Center.
