Seaford Police Seeking Man Wanted for Bank Robbery

SEAFORD, DE - The Seaford Police Department is requesting public assistance in locating a man wanted in connection with a recent bank robbery.
Warrants have been issued for Donald T. Gross, 57, for Robbery First Degree and other related charges.
Authorities have identified Gross as the suspect in the robbery of the M&T Bank branch on Stein Highway, which occurred on September 9, 2025. He is also considered a person of interest in a second robbery at the M&T Bank branch on Sussex Highway that took place on October 14, 2025.
Previous attempts to locate Gross have been unsuccessful. He is known to have connections in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. According to police, Gross allegedly solicits rides from strangers in shopping center parking lots before committing the robberies.
If you see the suspect, you are advised to call 911 immediately and not approach him.
