Search Warrant Leads to Firearm Seizure and Arrest in El Coleman Area

MILLSBORO, DE - The Millsboro Police Department executed a search warrant in the 400 block of El Coleman Drive on September 10, 2025. The operation was conducted in coordination with the Delaware State Police Special Operations Response Team and the Delaware State Police Governor's Task Force.
Officers recovered a .22 caliber rifle during the search. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Kasim Lewis, who was charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited.
The investigation began on August 30, 2025, following reports from concerned neighbors about shots fired in the area. The multi-agency response demonstrates the serious nature of firearms-related incidents in residential neighborhoods.
Three additional suspects remain wanted in connection with this case.
- Robert Lewis is wanted for Disorderly Conduct.
- Obryant Bagwell faces charges for Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited.
- Dandre Lee is wanted for Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon without a Permit.
