SHOTS FIRED INCIDENT BEING INVESTIGATED IN SNOW HILL
Snow Hill, MD - On June 20, 2024, at approximately 11:53 p.m., the Snow Hill Police Department responded to the area of S. Washington St and E. Martin St. for a report of shots fired.
Officers have recovered three .40 caliber shell casings, which are now being investigated further as evidence. At this time, there are no reports of any injuries as a result of the shooting.
The Snow Hill Police Department has issued a public appeal for information. You are urged to review the footage from that timeframe if you reside in or around S. Washington Street and E Martin Street and have surveillance cameras.
They are seeking any evidence of vehicles or individuals who could have been on foot in the vicinity. Any information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, could greatly assist in this investigation.
