St. Michaels Man Arrested by Talbot County Sheriff’s Office for Assault Warrant
Talbot County, MD - On November 12, 2025, Javion Malik Willis, 22, of St. Michaels, MD, was arrested by deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff's Office.
The arrest was made in connection with a warrant issued by the District Court for Talbot County on October 1, 2025. The warrant charges Willis with first-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and second-degree assault.
Following the arrest, Willis was transported to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing. He is scheduled for an initial appearance before the court for further action.
On November 12, 2025, Willis was ordered to be held without bond. The following day, Willis had a bond review in front of the honorable Judge Karen R. Ketterman. Judge Ketterman released Willis on a $30,000 unsecured personal bond.
