St. Michaels Man Arrested Following Domestic Disturbance

TALBOT COUNTY, MD - Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff's Office arrested Darnel William Talbert on December 8, 2025. The 65-year-old resident of St. Michaels, Maryland, was taken into custody following an incident at a local residence.

Law enforcement officers were dispatched to the 7000 block of Station Road in St. Michaels to investigate a reported domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies observed a female victim at the scene. She had sustained injuries consistent with an assault.

Following the investigation, deputies placed Talbert under arrest. He was transported to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing.

Talbert appeared before a District Court Commissioner and is currently being held pending further court action.
