Structure Fire Reported in the 600 block of Madison Street in Salisbury, Maryland

Salisbury, MD - A structure fire occurred at a single-family home located in the 600 block of Madison Street in Salisbury, Maryland on July 4, 2025, at approximately 12:07 p.m.

The fire, which originated on the front porch, was classified as an accidental incident and was contained with one alarm. The estimated dollar loss due to the fire is $15,000.00.

One female resident sustained burns to her hands. She was treated on-site by Salisbury Fire Department EMS before being transported to a specialized burn center via Maryland State Police Aviation. Her injuries were reported as non-life-threatening.
