Talbot County Sheriff Arrests Easton Man on Warrant

Talbot County, MD - On March 26, 2026, deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff's Office arrested 39-year-old David Brandon Carter of Easton, Maryland.

The arrest was executed following a warrant issued by the Circuit Court for Talbot County on March 13, 2026.

Carter was charged with violating his probation. His original charges involved sexual abuse of a minor and possession of a controlled substance.

Following the arrest, Carter was transported to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing. He is currently being held at the facility pending a hearing before a Circuit Court judge.
