Three Men Arrested in Connection with Death of Christopher Parsley

Queen Anne's County, MD - Queen Anne's County authorities have arrested three men in connection with the June 2025 shooting death of 19-year-old Christopher Parsley. The suspects include 19-year-old Kamryn Andrews, 20-year-old James Lawson, and 27-year-old Travis Lissau.
The incident occurred on June 1, 2025, at approximately 1:15 a.m. Deputies from the Queen Anne's County Office of the Sheriff responded to the 1500 block of Centreville Road in Queenstown, Maryland, following reports of shots fired involving multiple victims. Emergency services also responded to the scene. Upon arrival, responding units discovered Christopher Parsley suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Medical personnel initiated life-saving measures. However, Parsley was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Queen Anne's County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Unit immediately launched an investigation. The case involved extensive collaboration with multiple law enforcement agencies. These partners included the Federal Bureau of Investigation Baltimore-Annapolis Field Office, the Chesapeake Bay Safe Streets Task Force, and Homeland Security Investigations Baltimore Eastern Shore Field Office. Additional support came from the Maryland State Police Centreville Barrack, Centreville Police Department, Delaware State Police, Delaware Information and Analysis Center, Delaware State Police Governor's Task Force, Delaware Probation and Parole, Seaford Police Department, and the Queen Anne's County State's Attorney's Office. Following an extensive investigation and review of evidence, the case was presented to a Queen Anne's County Grand Jury. The Grand Jury returned indictments, and arrest warrants were issued on October 6, 2025. Kamryn Andrews, 19, of Seaford, Delaware, faces charges including Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, Manslaughter, Assault 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, Reckless Endangerment, and multiple firearm-related offenses. Andrews also faces charges for Possession of a Firearm as a Minor. James Lawson, 20, of Queenstown, Maryland, faces similar charges along with additional counts of Conspiracy to Alter Physical Evidence to Avoid Criminal Prosecution and Possession of a Firearm Without a Serial Number. Lawson is also charged with Possession of a Firearm as a Minor. Travis Lissau, 27, of Centreville, Maryland, faces charges including Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, Manslaughter, multiple assault charges, and firearm-related offenses. Lissau is also charged with Conspiracy to Alter Physical Evidence and Possession of a Firearm Without a Serial Number. All three men were taken into custody on October 8, 2025, and are being held without bond. Sheriff Gary Hofmann addressed the arrests and ongoing impact of the case. "This has been an incredibly difficult time for Chris' family and for our entire community. The effects of this tragedy have been deeply felt, and our thoughts remain with those who continue to grieve. This investigation reflects the strength of collaboration between our community and our law enforcement partners," Hofmann said. The sheriff emphasized the importance of continued community cooperation. Update - October 9, 2025, at 4:10 PM: Today, all three suspects had a bail review. The Queen Anne's County State's Attorney's Office requested that each suspect be held without bond. At the conclusion of the bail review, all three were denied bond.
