TOWN OF EASTON HIRES ANDREW KITZROW AS NEW TOWN MANAGER

Easton, MD - The Town of Easton is pleased to announce that Andrew "Andy" Kitzrow has been appointed as the new Town Manager. With a successful tenure as the Salisbury City Administrator and Deputy City Administrator, Kitzrow brings with him a wealth of experience from his 19 years in local government.
Kitzrow's journey to this new role is marked by significant achievements that underscore his capabilities in community administration. His leadership roles with the City of Salisbury have been instrumental in initiating notable projects such as the Arts, Business, and Culture Department, a program that has been pivotal in boosting tourism and economic growth.
Additionally, Kitzrow has been dedicated to the well-being of city employees through THRIVE, a holistic health and wellness plan designed to improve the mental, physical, and emotional health of staff. His efforts in launching youth community centers have also been pivotal in supporting the growth and engagement of young people in Salisbury.
The selection process for Easton's Town Manager was extensive, with the Town Council and Mayor Megan Cook collaborating with a consulting firm to find a candidate of exceptional caliber. Mayor Cook expressed her enthusiasm for Kitzrow's appointment, emphasizing his leadership skills and his alignment with the town's vision for continued development and prosperity.
