Town of Ocean City Announces Schedule for Christmas Tree Disposal

OCEAN CITY, MD - The Town of Ocean City has established a designated location for the disposal of Christmas trees. Beginning December 26, a free drop-off site will be operational at the 100th Street Municipal Parking Lot.

This service is provided to facilitate the recycling of natural trees.

The designated area is located in the northeast corner of the parking lot. The site will remain accessible through January 15.

It is required that all tinsel, ornaments, and other non-wooden materials be removed from the trees before drop-off.

Following collection, the trees will be transported to the county landfill for recycling purposes.
