Two Local EMS Workers Officially Charged and Held Without Bond on Multiple Serious Offenses in Wicomico County

Wicomico County, MD - Two well known local Somerset County EMS workers, Oliver Joseph Kennedy and Donald Mason Kennedy, have been arrested and formally charged with multiple serious sex offenses relating to an incident with a minor.

Through our investigation, and with the assistance of public records, information indicates that Oliver Joseph Kennedy and Donald Mason Kennedy were arrested on November 4, 2025.

Both are currently in custody and are being held without bond. On November 5, 2025, they appeared before the Honorable Paula A. Price and again ordered to be held without bond.

Oliver Joseph Kennedy faces the following charges:

  • Two counts of Sex Abuse of a Minor
  • Two counts of Sex Offense - Third Degree
  • Two counts of Assault - Second Degree
  • Two counts of Sex Offense - 4th Degree (Sexual Contact)


Donald Mason Kennedy has been charged with:

  • Two counts of Sex Abuse of a Minor: House/Family
  • One count of Sexual Solicitation of a Minor
  • One count of Sex Offense - Third Degree
  • Two counts of Assault - Second Degree
  • Two counts of Sex Offense - 4th Degree (Sexual Contact)


Both Kennedy's face upwards of 90+ years for the offenses they are accused of. Both Kennedy's worked in Somerset County, Maryland. It is uncertain their current status with their respective departments at this time.

Due to the seriousness of the case and due to the victim being a minor when these crimes allegedly took place, no further details of this case will be published until after court proceedings.
