Unlicensed Massage Business Investigated for Illicit Activity in Seaford

Seaford, DE - The Seaford Police Criminal Investigations Division, in collaboration with the Seaford SPEAR Team, executed a search warrant this morning, Friday, July 11, 2025, at Beauty Spa, an unlicensed massage business operating at 22943 Sussex Highway, Seaford, Delaware.

The search was conducted following a weeks-long investigation into allegations of illicit sexual activities occurring at the establishment.

During the operation, two female employees were detained as part of an ongoing investigation into potential human trafficking. The employees were transferred to victim services under the supervision of the Delaware Department of Justice Human Trafficking Unit.

Concurrently, the establishment was shut down with assistance from the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation.
