Cambridge, MD - Cambridge resident Pamela Luckiese Reynolds, 34, was arrested by Cambridge Police Department Officers on March 19, 2024, at approximately 3:35 pm. 

Reynolds was held under an active Dorchester County District Court Arrest Warrant. After processing at the Cambridge Police Department and making her initial appearance, she was released on her personal recognizance. 

Reynolds finds herself facing a slew of charges, including stalking, failing to comply with a peace order, conspiracy to stalk, conspiracy to disobey a peace order, harassment, and conspiracy to harass.

These charges relate to an incident that occurred in the 700 block of Lincoln Terrace on May 24, 2023. According to reports, the victim had an active Peace Order against Reynolds at the time. 

Despite this, Reynolds allegedly called the victim, issuing threats and expressing a desire to initiate a fight. This led the victim to seek charges against Reynolds through the Court Commissioner.
